About PossibilityU

PossibilityU was born out of a desire to empower students, from middle school to graduate school, to take charge of their career trajectories. Using our counseling expertise, we engage deeply with individuals—embracing the messy and nuanced aspects of their lives—so they can build the confidence and self-awareness needed to thrive. We walk alongside individuals of all ages throughout their professional journeys, celebrating their accomplishments while troubleshooting any barriers to success. We don’t just help students present a polished version of themselves; we help them understand and articulate who they truly are. Our goal is to create a space where students are recognized as true experts in their own lives and are fully prepared to succeed in whatever paths they choose to pursue.

Values

Authenticity

We believe that the most compelling applications reflect the student's own voice and story. Furthermore, we believe that the student-counselor relationship is essential to cultivating a space that allows students to explore and articulate their true selves. Therefore, we encourage students and counselors to show up as they are.

Integrity

As certified school and mental counselors, we are ethically responsible for delivering student-centered support that prioritizes students' personal and professional well-being. We remain unwavering in our commitment to supporting what is best for the student at all times, and we expect parents, guardians, and other student stakeholders to do the same.

Equity

We are committed to creating opportunities for all students, regardless of their background, to access the resources and support they need to succeed. We offer sliding-scale pricing and flexible payment plans to ensure that our services can be accessible to as many students as possible.

Student Agency

Our service prioritizes students, not applications. We empower students to take ownership of their narratives, applications, and decisions, ensuring they feel confident and capable as they navigate their futures. We help students leverage their existing resources while bridging support gaps, as needed.
